Is there parking available?
We are located in front of Priory Street Car Park and within walking distance of many local car parks. Given the City Centre location, we would recommend using other travel methods.
How does 24-hour access work?
The Forum is accessible via the public throughfare.There is also a secure Tenant Entrance permitting without the need to use the throughfare. Each office is alarmed invidually, permitting 24-hour access to all tenants.
How do I get to the digital forum?
The Digital Forum is located on Queen Street opposite Short Wyre Street. We’re a 5-minute walk from Colchester City Station and the Bus Station. We also have bicycle parking on site.
What are the contract terms for the office space?
The offices are let on a licence basis over three years. All applicants are subject to a criteria assessment; ensuring the space is used by digital or creative businesses.
Why is the forum for digital & creative sectors?
The sector was identified as a key growth area for Colchester following a feasability study. The Forum is open to all digital and creative businesses across all its services and aims to work in partnership with other creative and digital groups.
Who is operating the cafe?

Is there meeting space?
Yes, there is a Board Room on the first floor over looking Queen Street.
How does the co working space work?
The hot desking can be utilised in three ways, via a monthly membership, licences for dedicated desk space or on an adhoc basis.
Who can use the events space?
Networking groups and corporate events are welcome. We have a vast events space connected to an on site cafe or an executive board room with wrap around balcony.
